Cancelation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order prior to shipment we will refund your total amount minus credit/debit/paypal processing fees.
Return Policy
As with most magic shops we do not offer returns. You are not just ordering the sharter, but also how the sharter works. The secret which cannot be extracted from your mind.
We will accept UNOPENED PACKAGES minus the processing fees as laid out in our cancelation policy. They must be unopened as we cannot resell used items. Once the package is opened it is no longer new. We can tell when a package has been opened and retaped.
However we are glad to replace any sharter with a manufacturer's defect or damage incurred during shipping. We do not replace items damaged by customers so please contact us within 24 hours if the item you received was defective or damaged in transit. We are not responsible for your package being "lost or stolen" after tracking shows it as "Delivered" to you. Again we DO NOT give refunds for any of our items. Some people only what to find out how the sharter works and then want to return the sharter after they find out. We have taken great care in choosing the items we carry and have found them to be effective on real audiences. We hope you give them the practice they deserve and enjoy them as much as we do. Because "The Sharter" is classified as a "gag" gift "magic" style toy all sales are final.
We will refund/cancel an order if you email us prior to the package being shipped out.
